Created by Aditya Verma, who has passed the examination for qualification as an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India, along with a team of legal experts, it distils the essential know-how garnered from years of practical legal experience into three critical modules:

• Your role in chambers that covers how to read and present cases, how to communicate with clients and colleagues, the legal requirements of pleadings in civil and criminal proceedings, how to present factual and legal arguments, and much more;
• Your role in court that covers the services available on the court premises, the legal requirements of affidavits, how to assist an arguing counsel, how to address the court, how to structure your argument, and much more; and
• Procedure and jurisdiction that covers writ procedure and how to structure and format a writ petition, how to draft or counter a SLP, the life-cycle of a civil suit from summons to decree and the documentation involved, criminal procedure in the pre-trial, trial and post-trial stages, and much more.

With over 560 minutes of instructional videos, including dramatisations of real-world situations that young lawyers will face in their practice and peppered with useful tips, tools and checklists, this programme is essential for those who want to build a solid, long-term career in litigation.
